Babylon Proposes Aave Loans Backed by BTC Locked on Bitcoin
Babylon has proposed an Aave V4 integration that would let users borrow against BTC locked on Bitcoin, without a conventional custodian. The plan still relies on Ethereum contracts and WBTC for liquidations, and remains subject to security work, risk settings and governance approval.
